📦 Shipping Policy

General Information

Auctyo ships bulk vintage lots from our European warehouse to traders across the EU. All orders are shipped once payment has been received in full via SEPA bank transfer.

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Notification: You will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and tracking (where available) once your lot has left our warehouse.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via trusted logistics partners. Rates are calculated based on weight and volume:

  • Lots up to 30 kg → Flat-rate shipping of €20 within the EU

  • Bulky shipments (30+ kg) → Rates calculated individually and invoiced separately

Delivery Area

Currently, we ship to all countries within the European Union.

For shipments outside the EU, please contact us at hello@auctyo.com for a custom quote.

Customs & Duties

  • All shipments within the EU are free of customs duties.

  • For non-EU shipments, buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.

Delivery Times

  • EU deliveries usually arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Packaging

All lots are securely packed in bulk cartons or pallets to ensure safe delivery. Please note that due to the nature of vintage items, packaging may include recycled materials.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at hello@auctyo.com with photos of the packaging and items.
We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Pickup (Optional)

For larger lots or pallet orders, pickup can be arranged directly from our warehouse by appointment. Contact us to schedule.
